The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and commercially astute General Counsel AMERICAS to join our collaborative and entrepreneurial legal team. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you will have responsibility for our North and South American businesses and will play a key role in supporting our AMERICAS operations, providing expert legal guidance across a broad spectrum of commercial matters.

This is a growth-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment and is eager to expand their legal expertise across multiple disciplines, sectors, and jurisdictions.

This role can be based in New York, New Jersey, or Houston. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).

What You'll Be Doing
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS/software, consultancy, and supplier agreements.
  • Managing straightforward litigation and overseeing external counsel for complex matters.
  • Supporting internal investigations and contributing to risk and compliance initiatives.

The anticipated salary range for individuals based in New York State for this position is $222,200-$232,000, depending on qualifications, experience, geography, and industry knowledge.
