GenAI Delivery Manager

Role Overview:

Join Turing as a GenAI Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of cutting-edge LLM and GenAI projects for Fortune 500 clients. You'll collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and client stakeholders to drive solutions from proof of concept to full-scale deployment. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure technical excellence, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals across every phase of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the complete lifecycle of GenAI/LLM projects from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and technical delivery aspects.
  • Lead internal engineering teams to ensure projects are executed on schedule.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and adjust delivery plans as necessary.
  • * Ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards for quality, scope, and timelines.

Skills:

Must-Have:
  • 12+ years of experience in Data Science/ML, with at least 2 years specifically in LLM/GenAI.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client-facing GenAI projects.
  • Experience in building and deploying LLM-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Proficiency with Langchain or similar LLM frameworks.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams of 7-10 members.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with LangGraph and Llama-index.
  • Background in consulting or IT services.
  • Strategic thinking abilities and experience in innovative project planning.

Compensation: Base: $180,000 - $210,000/year
