Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in cloud administration, specifically with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure services including VPCs, IAM, and Compute
• Proven experience in incident and change management within IT environments
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
• Experience driving service level agreement (SLA) compliance and operational governance

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders and Cloud Operations teams
• Manage incident, problem, change, capacity, and availability processes
• Lead major incident management and operational reviews
• Ensure adherence to SLA compliance and produce service reports
• Oversee GCP infrastructure and related services
• Support cloud strategy and automation initiatives for customers
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient service operations
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for operational efficiency
