Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Fellowship training in Gastroenterology preferred
Advanced Endoscopy skills preferred (ERCP/EUS)
Valid medical license for Iowa
Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Interest in teaching medical students and residents
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care for adult GI patients
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
Collaborate with a team of gastroenterologists and support staff
Management of patients in the outpatient, inpatient, and endoscopy settings
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Engage in precepting medical residents and students
Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives
