Join our Business Solutions team and play a critical role in supporting the systems, processes, and controls that underpin our Futures business. Working closely with Operations, Technology, Exchanges, and external vendors, you will help ensure platform stability, drive operational improvements, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and risk management.

As a Futures Business Solutions Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operation of critical Futures systems and processes while partnering with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements that improve business performance. You will troubleshoot production issues, maintain client, product, and exchange static data, and help ensure the integrity and reliability of operational workflows. This role also supports strategic initiatives through business requirements gathering, testing coordination, solution implementation, and user adoption activities. In addition, you will contribute to the development of reconciliation and control frameworks, regulatory and position limit reporting processes, and automation efforts that reduce operational risk and increase efficiency. Acting as a key liaison between Operations and Technology teams, you will help deliver practical, scalable solutions that support evolving business needs.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based on factors including relevant experience, market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other employee benefits.
