The Role

We are seeking a Full Stack - SQL Power Apps Developer to join our Calgary-based Energy team. This role is ideal for a technically strong developer with deep SQL and Power Apps expertise, combined with strong business analysis capabilities and Power BI experience.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize Power Apps, SQL, and Power BI solutions that support operational performance, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions integrated with SQL-based systems and enterprise data sources
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Develop scalable full stack applications that improve workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, enhancement, and optimization of existing applications and analytics solutions


What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience within the Energy industry
  • Hands-on expertise developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI
  • Experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and related Microsoft technologies
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills


Bonus Points For
  • Experience working within sales, consulting or client-facing environments
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Microsoft ecosystem technologies
  • Experience supporting data integration, reporting automation, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional project teams

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
