Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to ship product at the highest level. You'll own features end-to-end - design, build, test, deploy, and operate them in production. This is a role for engineers who want close proximity to users, fast feedback loops, and the opportunity to directly shape the trajectory of an AI-native platform.
What You'll Do- Ship end-to-end features - design, code, test, deploy, and own them in production
- Work directly with users to turn feedback into improvements within hours, not days
- Build and operate frontend and backend systems that stay fast and reliable as traffic grows
- Review PRs, share context, and mentor junior engineers to raise the bar across the team
What You Bring- 2-5 years of professional experience building products as a full stack developer
- Relentlessly resourceful - you've built real-world applications with a high bar for quality
- If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant
- Comfort working in a small team where ownership and speed are the norm
Bonus- Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
- Strong sense of product taste
- Experience building LLM-powered products
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, Redux
