Job SummaryThe Full Stack Developer will join the Custom Baskets team as a strong individual contributor within a global development organization. This role will work closely with business users, product leads, and technology teams to design, develop, and enhance high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with strong Java development expertise, hands-on experience with TypeScript and React, and knowledge of distributed systems. The role also provides opportunities to leverage AI-assisted development tools and AI-native engineering practices to improve software quality, accelerate delivery, and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of applications through complex project assignments and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, address questions, and deliver targeted technology solutions.
- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization to identify opportunities for improving existing and future solutions.
- Collaborate with global technology teams to ensure solutions meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, TypeScript, React, and related technologies.
- Apply AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, improve software quality, and reduce time to value.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and automation to enhance development workflows and team productivity.
- Contribute innovative ideas and technical solutions that improve the team's ability to deliver business value effectively.
Required Qualifications- 3-5 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong software engineering and development skills, with Java as the primary programming language.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React for modern web application development.
- Experience developing distributed systems using technologies and concepts such as Gradle, Spring, Protocol Buffers (GPB), microservices, testing frameworks, and multithreaded programming.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI-native software development practices, including context engineering, agent-assisted workflows, and effective use of AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a global development team.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with C#.
