Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale GenAI-enabled applications, integrations, and reusable services that support the Product Delivery Lifecycle from concept through production delivery. The role will focus on developing practical AI-enabled solutions, improving productivity and delivery outcomes, and partnering with product, business analysis, UX, engineering, testing, and enterprise teams. The engineer will also contribute to cloud-native development, CI/CD, engineering standards, technology evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and support GenAI-enabled applications, services, and integrations that improve product delivery workflows.
• Develop solutions supporting teams across Product Management, Business Analysis, UX Design, Engineering, and Quality Engineering.
• Integrate enterprise-approved AI and developer productivity tools into existing workflows and platforms.
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Develop reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI-enabled product delivery.
• Support CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and operational practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations based on business value and technical fit.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to align solutions with broader organizational standards and platforms.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Design and develop scalable web applications, services, integrations, and reusable components.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and collaborate across multiple teams and business functions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building full stack applications.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, system design, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience building maintainable, testable, and well-documented software.
• Understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to evaluate technologies and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering standards.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and business functions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience evaluating or integrating AI-powered development tools.
• Experience in financial services.
