Full Stack EngineerLocation: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Engineer to develop enterprise applications supporting a high-impact financial technology platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys building modern applications from the ground up, owning features through the full software development lifecycle, and working in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop modern front-end applications using Angular.
- Write high-quality, production-ready code with comprehensive unit and automated test coverage.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and an automation-first development culture.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate across cross-functional Agile teams.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and software quality.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end development.
- Experience with SQL databases, Oracle, and Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of unit testing, test automation, and code quality best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Familiarity with BDD (Gherkin) and AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Playwright, JMeter, and Zephyr Scale.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Experience with Java 17/21 and the latest Angular versions.
- Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
