Full Stack Developer to join our innovative, customer-focused team in
Washington, DC.Summary We are looking for a
Full Stack Developer to:
- Shepherd projects from conception to deployment and beyond.
- Develop Enterprise class Websites and Information Systems.
- Work within constraints of existing networks, systems, and policy by building creative solutions.
- Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to integrate new features into existing software.
- Ability and willingness to learn and field test technologies for use on the project (e.g., Leaflet.js, Vue.js, d3.js, Map-Reduce/Document Store/Graph/RDF Triplestore, etc.)
Qualification - Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience
Required Skills/Technologies - Experience as a data engineer (e.g., MS SQL, T-SQL, Entity Framework, REST APIs, XML/JSON, etc.).
- Experience with Web Development -- ASP.NET/C# (.Net Framework 4.5, MVC, etc.), preferred Java (comparable).
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript- React preferred, jQuery, Angular (comparable skills).
- Experience with software integration: build, installation, and deployment.
- Experience with both green field development and maintaining /upgrading legacy systems.
- Experience developing software using Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
