Job Summary:

The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain modern, cloud-native applications with a strong focus on Java and Spring-based backend development and React or Angular frontend technologies. The role encompasses the full application lifecycle, including REST API development, reactive programming, containerization, CI/CD, database integration, automated testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. The developer will collaborate with engineering, cloud, and platform teams to deliver scalable, reusable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
• Develop reactive, event-driven applications using reactive programming principles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement containerized deployment solutions using Docker.
• Participate in CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions and GitFlow development practices.
• Design and integrate solutions with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and execute automated unit tests across frontend and backend applications.
• Troubleshoot application, security, performance, and infrastructure issues across distributed systems.
• Contribute to reusable internal libraries, shared code packages, SDKs, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cloud and platform teams to integrate services using AWS SDKs and cloud-native technologies.
• Support frontend architecture initiatives, including component-based development and microfrontend environments.
• Support applications throughout the deployment lifecycle and troubleshoot issues across containerized and production environments.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java 17+.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot 3.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Spring WebFlux and reactive programming.
• Strong understanding of Docker and containerization concepts.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies.
• Experience with AWS services and AWS SDK integrations.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and GitFlow methodologies.
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
• Frontend development experience with React 17+ or Angular, with React 19 preferred.
• Understanding of modern JavaScript module patterns and microfrontend architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across web applications and security-related issues.
• Experience working with reusable code libraries, SDKs, or shared application frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
• Familiarity with frontend architecture patterns and module federation concepts.
• Experience supporting applications throughout the deployment lifecycle and understanding application behavior in containerized and production environments.
• Knowledge of application observability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Exposure to DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
