OverviewFULL STACK DEVELOPER (RDTE)
Bowhead is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Dahlgren, VA. The Full Stack Support will assist with the entire hardware/software lifecycle, including planning and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer's problem through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues on Azure/AWS cloud environments.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, IT, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code and automated tests (Including Unit, Functional, Performance, Acceptance) for web interface application that integrates data, analytics and reporting components.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required. Bachelors Degree preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience.
- Manage the customer's problem through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues, to include on cloud environments.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, IT, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code and automated tests (Including Unit, Functional, Performance, Acceptance) for web interface application that integrates data, analytics and reporting components.
- Understanding and Experience with Gitlab Project management (Version Control, CI/CD etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with JavaScript
- Changes in code can be proven to be correct and bug free.
Preferred:
- Knowledge and Working Experience of basic web technologies (Specifically, Vue.js, Python Flask, Java Spring. HTML knowledge is a plus.).
- Experience with specifically Vue.js, Python Flask, Java Spring.
- Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes infrastructure creation and deployments.
- Experience working with IaaS solutions, including system virtualization, on-premises and/or hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity and security system, cloud monitoring and logging, and/or local and cloud storage.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, Routing, VPNs, VLANs, Peering, Load Balancing, etc).
- Knowledge and working experience with Typescript, Gitlab, Docker.
Targeted salary range is $95,000 to $120,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds or more
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain/maintain a clearance at the Top Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
