Program Manager / Director - Data & AI Transformation Programs with Banking Domain to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Data, Analytics, Digital, and GenAI. This leader will drive end-to-end program delivery, manage multimillion-dollar engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while ensuring commercial success and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Leadership• Lead complex, multi-year Data, Analytics, Digital, and GenAI transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Manage delivery of large deals ($1M-$5M+), ensuring execution is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Drive the full program lifecycle: planning, estimation, execution, governance, and closure.
• Establish and track program KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Client Relationship & Expectation Management• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Set and manage client expectations effectively, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
Commercial Management & Growth• Lead and support proposal development, solution estimation, and business case creation.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and drive incremental revenue growth.
• Own financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
Scope & Change Management• Proactively identify scope creep and deviations from agreed deliverables.
• Define and execute change management governance, including:
o Creation and management of change orders
o Effort re-estimation and impact assessment
o Influencing clients to align on revised scope, timelines, and commercials
o Write detailed SoW and Change orders
• Ensure strong governance and contractual compliance throughout program execution.
Estimation & Planning• Lead solution sizing, effort estimation, and resource planning, often within aggressive timelines.
• Develop comprehensive delivery plans, including dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Global Team & Resource Management• Manage large, geographically distributed teams (onshore/offshore) delivering complex programs.
• Optimize resource allocation across locations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
Data & Technology Leadership• Drive programs across key areas:
o Data Governance & Data Management
o Data Migration & Integration
o Cloud & Big Data Platforms
o Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning
o GenAI transformation initiatives
• Champion modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 126000 - 145000
