The FSC Solution Architect role is to guide the Enterprise Solution and provide oversight on the combined Enterprise modules to help deliver a strategic client solution. The FSC Solution Architect is responsible for delivering a cohesive solution business process including validated business process flows that articulate and document the overall project solution with consideration for the specific project elements, including Integrations, data migration, and Business Intelligence reporting.
The FSC Solution Architect supports the project manager and the project delivery team to ensure a unified solution approach in accordance with the Enterprise quality governance, as well as ensuring consistentmessaging is provided to the client throughout the project.
Job Responsibilities
Participates in the domain technical and business discussions relative to project solution and direction.
Develops applicable business process workflows and training documents to support the project requirements and client solution
Assists in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive solution architecture viewpoint.
Gathers and analyzes data and develops solution architectural requirements at project level.
Assists with business process re-engineering to resolve process gaps and solution requirements
Participates in the Dynamics Enterprise governance model.
Provides oversight and guidance for Enterprise design documents, modifications, and enhancements
Coaches and mentors team members.
Leads in the design and implements long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining business processes.
Ensures that proposed solutions and business processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Provides solution architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to Business Analysts, Systems Engineers, other Enterprise Solution Architects, and software development teams.
Where applicable, uses expert knowledge to design, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
Confers with end-users, clients, or senior management to define business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development.
Models business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.
Develops and executes test plans to check business processes, infrastructure, and systems technical performance. Reports on findings and make recommendations for improvement.
Develops, documents, communicates, and enforces a policy for standardizing business systems and software as necessary
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business or related or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 6 years9 experience working with and designing ERP solutions with D365 FSC, F&O and Dynamics AX
Technical and functional cross-Enterprise Dynamics modules skills tofacilitate configuration, enhancements and development, functional testing, and client and delivery team training
Experience in developing strategic systems and solutions architecture plans, business requirements gathering/analysis
Experience in systems, hardware, and network design and development

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $170,200 - $232,000. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $187,200 - $255,100. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $195,800 - $266,800. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
