  • Apply an outcomes-first approach that starts with business objectives and aligns process, architecture, data, AI, security, governance, and change-management requirements to enable enterprise-scale transformation.
  • Collaborate with account teams, industry solution teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to build and mature pipeline opportunities. Conduct customer and market research to identify high-value opportunities for AI, cloud, and agentic workflow technologies.
  • Represent the capital markets industry perspective in customer engagements and help shape a shared vision for transformation across front-office decisioning, middle-office controls, back-office operations, risk and compliance, data and analytics platforms, and market infrastructure.
  • Identify, advance, and scale high-impact Frontier AI opportunities, including AI-assisted research and investment insights, advisor and trader copilots, intelligent document processing, regulatory and compliance automation, risk analytics, client onboarding, portfolio personalization, market data modernization, post-trade automation, digital asset platforms, private markets modernization, and enterprise knowledge assistants.
  • Help customers move from AI pilots to enterprise-scale transformation by modernizing operating models, redesigning workflows, strengthening data foundations, and embedding responsible AI, security, and governance at scale. Develop business value cases and serve as a trusted advisor to expand strategic opportunities across business lines and regions.

Collaboration and Partner Management
  • Collaborate with account teams, business strategy leaders, business development managers, solution architects, technical specialists, consulting teams, and partner organizations to plan, orchestrate, and execute customer opportunities.
  • Leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to solve complex capital markets challenges and demonstrate how Microsoft cloud, data, AI, security, productivity, business applications, and partner solutions work together to drive business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with commercial, legal, compliance, engineering, and customer success teams to establish strategic partnerships and advance customer transformation initiatives.
