ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Innovation- Design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications.
- Lead code reviews and approve releases to ensure quality and consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize enhancements and new features.
Team Leadership- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support through regular 1:1s.
- Set clear goals and help team members achieve them.
Project Management- Plan and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines and deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
- Work closely with product managers, analysts, and clients to deliver scalable solutions.
Documentation & Testing- Maintain user guides, release notes, and technical documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and iterate based on feedback.
Continuous Learning- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Take on additional responsibilities to support team and organizational goals.
QualificationsQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of front-end development experience
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: Experience in the staffing industry or related domain
