Fragrance Development Manager, Fine Fragrance - New York, NY or Princeton, NJLocation: New York, NY or Princeton, NJ, USWe are seeking a Fragrance Development Manager to help shape innovative fine fragrance creations from brief to launch. In this role, you will partner closely with perfumers, sales, marketing, consumer insights, and technical teams to translate client needs, market trends, and consumer insights into compelling olfactive strategies that bring fragrances to life.

Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead Regional projects for Fine Fragrance and Beauty and Care
- Manage multiple projects and develop fragrances according to brief's guidelines
- Partner with perfumers, sales, technical development, marketing and consumer insights to create co-developed fragrances and strengthen client relationships
- Connect with our global network to leverage best new creations
- Build and execute consumer insight-driven olfactive strategies in collaboration with your team to enhance knowledge and impact
- Work with the Marketing Team to identify and analyze olfactive market
You Bring:- 3+ years' fragrance evaluation experience in Cross Category (Fine Fragrance & Beauty) with a focus on Hair Care
- Expertise in fragrance creation tailored to specific categories and clients' needs, with project management skills
- Creativity and leadership on multiple projects
- Consumer understanding to develop olfactive guidelines for perfumers
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a global network
- Winning team spirit
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100,000-$135,000.
