Full Job Description
Purpose of Position

The FP&A Manager, Product Development & Implementation is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of NetJets products, programs, pricing initiatives, commercial offerings, and product-related inventory capacity planning. The Manager, Product Development & Implementation supports senior leadership by performing business, operational, financial, capacity, and Owner analysis to evaluate product demand, assess available inventory, identify opportunities, and recommend changes that improve business results and Owner experience. The Manager, Product Development & Implementation serves as the primary business lead for product launches and updates, coordinates impacted stakeholders, manages implementation plans, and ensures Sales, Owner Services, Operations, Legal, Contracts, Billing, Marketing, Technology, and Finance teams are prepared to support new or revised products. This position also prepares and presents product updates, capacity considerations, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional business partners.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, programs, pricing initiatives, and commercial offerings
  • Own product-related inventory capacity planning, including evaluation of inventory availability, utilization trends, demand forecasts, fleet constraints, and commercial opportunities
  • Manage product launches and strategic initiatives by developing implementation plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones, and resolving issues that impact launch readiness or adoption
  • Perform business, operational, financial, Owner, and market analysis to support product recommendations, business cases, and leadership decision making
  • Partner with Sales, Owner Services, Operations, Legal, Contracts, Billing, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and Finance to define requirements, operating procedures, reporting needs, and success metrics
  • Prepare and present analyses, recommendations, capacity considerations, implementation updates, and product performance results to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements that support product governance, scalability, operational readiness, and improved stakeholder and Owner experience
