Qualifications

Interim FP&A Manager
On-Site/hybrid | Montebello, CA
$130,000 - $150,000 per year

What you'll do:

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting across all facilities, partnering with operations leadership to set performance targets
  • Mentor a team of analysts and drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
  • Build and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that guide data-driven decisions
  • Present monthly performance reviews to executive and operational leaders, translating numbers into action
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to elevate the FP&A function


What you bring:

  • Must have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Must have: 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-site operations
  • Must have: Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Must have: Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and their interrelationships
