Job Description:
Purpose of Job: Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by delivering financial analysis, predictive modeling, and strategic insights, while developing plans that help leadership adapt and sustain operations as follows:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Three years experience with financial and statistical data, report building and interpretation, and analysis required. Proficiency in advanced financial and statistical modeling with Excel required. Strong data analysis, transformation, and interpretation skills required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required. Solid understanding of financial principles and forecasting techniques required. Experience with healthcare related data and business processes preferred. Working knowledge of budgeting software and analytic/report writing programs preferred. Working knowledge of SQL for querying, extracting, and transforming data from relational databases preferred. Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Microsoft Power BI preferred. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Skills: Strong problem solving, communication and customer service skills, as well as commitment to quality required. Ability to self-direct and determine priorities required. Confidentiality, flexibility, accuracy, and thoroughness required. Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities, while meeting deadlines throughout the month, required. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, use vision, stand, sit and be mobile. Required to read from text and computer screens over two-thirds of the time. The employee will use hands to finger, handle or feel. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
