We are seeking a fast moving, sharp minded "do-er" who will join our core business team. You will work alongside the team to tackle the most pressing issues facing the company, including growth, bolstering our customer experience, product, and whatever challenges we encounter. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup and make a significant impact on our company's trajectory.

This role is based in San Francisco. It is a fully in-person position in our office 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Talk and engage with customers to learn how best we can serve them
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize the user experience and drive product improvements.
• Grow to lead a high-performing business operations team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field
• Scrappy and fast moving - we need people who will do what it takes to succeed
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this role is between $110,000 and $175,000. Additionally, this role will participate in our equity plan. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Conversion and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as scope and responsibilities, the candidate's experience and qualifications, and onboarding.
