Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
We are looking for a Founding Operator with 1-4 years of experience to join CloudCruise as the first business hire, working directly with the CEO to build and scale all non-engineering functions from scratch. The ideal candidate is a high-agency generalist-an ex-founder, former consultant, or product manager-who thrives in ambiguity and can drive outbound sales, marketing, customer support, and events for a fast-growing healthcare AI infrastructure company.
What will you be doing?- Building and running outbound sales processes from scratch-researching prospects, running outreach sequences, and booking discovery calls with healthcare companies
- Leading marketing efforts including content creation, social presence, and positioning for a developer-focused product
- Taking on customer support load-triaging issues, responding to customers, and escalating to engineering as needed
- Planning and executing in-person events, dinners, and meetups in the SF healthcare AI ecosystem
- Context-switching across any business function the CEO needs covered-no task is too small or too big
Key Requirements- Extreme agency and grit-you don't wait for instructions, you figure it out and drive projects end-to-end
- Generalist skill set that extends beyond a single function (not just marketing or just sales)
- Technical aptitude or background that allows you to quickly understand a developer-focused infrastructure product
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate (5 days/week in-office, relocation bonus available)
- US work authorization required-no visa sponsorship available (existing OPT is acceptable)
