This is a temporary position.

As a FLEX Senior Manager, Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives across Marriott Media and will partner closely with Creative (Riott Haus), Sales, Media, Platform, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand and business objectives.

This role oversees work across two primary lanes:
1. Partner campaigns delivered through the Marriott Media Network
2. Marketing initiatives for Marriott Media, including B2B campaigns and internal brand marketing

This position requires a collaborative thinker with strong communication, organizational, and experience in managing complex, multi-workstream projects. An entrepreneurial spirit is essential, as this role is part of a growing and dynamic team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


  • 5+ years of experience managing complex marketing or creative projects in an agency, publisher, or in-house environment, with a track record of progressive career growth.


  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.


  • Strong understanding of creative production, content development, and integrated marketing workflows.


  • Experience working with creative teams and external agencies.


  • Experience managing client relationships.


  • Familiarity with agency operations, including scopes of work, timelines, and budget management.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.


Education and Experience Preferred

  • 2+ years in a management role, preferably overseeing a project manager.


  • Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium brand marketing.


  • Experience supporting B2B marketing or sales enablement initiatives.


  • Familiarity with digital media, content platforms, or branded partnerships


CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Partner Campaign Management (Marriott Media Network)
• Lead day-to-day creative project management for partner campaigns running across the Marriott Media Network.
• Translate partner objectives into clear creative briefs, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Help coordinate campaign execution alongside sales and media leads for external agency and/or brand teams.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and approvals to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
• Partner with creative leads to ensure work meets brand standards and exceeds client expectations.
• Help ensure campaign assets align with Marriott Media Platform Guidelines, media asset specs, and partner expectations.
• Maintain accurate creative documentation throughout campaign lifecycle.

Marriott Media Marketing & Brand Creative Initiatives
• Manage project delivery for Marriott Media's own marketing efforts, including website and microsite updates, video and motion content, sales and marketing collateral, experiential activations and industry events and B2B and trade-facing marketing campaigns.
• Partner with internal teams to plan, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives across channels.
• Develop integrated timelines that support creative development, production, and launch.
• Balance multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining quality and alignment to business priorities.

Project & Operational Leadership
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project status, timelines, and next steps.
• Facilitate intake, prioritization, and planning across partner and internal initiatives.
• Develop and manage scopes of work, estimates, and budgets as needed.
• Lead status meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and collaborate on solutions to support successful delivery.
• Support consistent use of project management tools, templates, and workflows.

Team & Process Development
• Contribute to the refinement of internal processes and workflows.
• Mentor future junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client service and campaign execution.
