Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Engineer fire protection in the reference design: detection, suppression, and alarm systems for modular units and BTM plants.
  • Run the calcs and layouts: hydraulics, coverage, and device placement owned end to end.
  • Develop the details that repeat: standardized designs fabricated into modules instead of field-built.
  • Support permitting and commissioning: AHJ questions answered, acceptance tests passed.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've designed fire protection systems for industrial or mission-critical facilities.
  • You run your own hydraulic calcs and stand behind them.
  • You've taken designs through plan review and acceptance testing.
  • You know NFPA 13 and 72 well and look up the rest fast.
  • You design for fabrication, not just for the code minimum.
  • Bonus: Clean agent and water mist systems. BESS protection (NFPA 855). AutoSPRINK or HydraCAD. NICET or PE track.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
