This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
As an Engineer or Scientist, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments that address key biomanufacturing challenges. You will generate and interpret data, communicate findings, and support the development and transfer of new technologies across the organization. You will also contribute to maintaining an efficient and well-organized laboratory environment.

What you will do- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mammalian cell culture equipment and control systems
- Execute routine cell culture using sterile techniques
- Support automated liquid handling workflows and laboratory processes
- Develop and run assays to evaluate cell performance, productivity, and product quality
- Generate accurate and reproducible data to support process development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments
- Communicate results clearly and contribute to improving experimental approaches
What we are looking for- Bachelor's or Master's degree in bioengineering, chemical engineering, biology, or a related field
- Experience with cell culture, assay development, or bioprocessing (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and apply basic statistical methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Practical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Experience with bioreactors or protein expression systems is a plus
- Willingness to work on site regularly and follow required safety practices
