Qualifications

• Working experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• CPA (or working towards CPA designation) is required.
• Ability to research accounting topics using diverse sources and apply them practically.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving and multitasking/project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets capital markets products, valuation, derivatives and treasury is preferred.
• Experience in risk management, treasury, financial services and/or regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting advice related to IFRS and US GAAP, including hedge accounting and complex financial instruments.
• Assist in audit support assignments and consulting engagements for key clients in complex areas.
• Evaluate, develop or advise on risk management frameworks, policies, procedures, controls, tools and solutions.
• Execute consulting assignments relating to treasury and risk management strategies and procedures.
• Design and implement treasury and risk management control frameworks, supporting clients’ internal audit on treasury projects.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships both internally and externally.
• Assist in development of GenAI solutions to transform service delivery.
