Full Job Description
The Role:

The Financial Planning Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis across the organization. This role partners with Finance and operational leaders to analyze financial performance, prepare reporting, support annual budgeting, and develop financial models that drive informed business decisions. The Financial Planning Analyst also contributes to process improvements, financial reporting, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by partnering with department leaders to model financial and operational plans.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and develop reporting packages that provide actionable business insights.
  • Assist with financial modeling, payroll accounting, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
  • Partner with Finance and operational leaders to support cost allocations, commission calculations, and financial planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements, financial reporting enhancements, and ad hoc analysis that support organizational growth and decision-making.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:

$76,086-$86,070 USD
