Full Job Description
The Role:

The Director of Strategic Finance provides strategic financial leadership by partnering with executive leadership and Brand Leaders to drive long-term business performance across emerging growth brands. This role leads financial planning and analysis, develops sophisticated financial models, conducts market and competitive research, and delivers executive-level insights that support strategic decision-making, growth initiatives, and enterprise value creation.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A function by overseeing annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, financial reporting, and executive performance analysis.
  • Develop complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support mergers and acquisitions, market expansion, strategic investments, and other enterprise initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Partner with Brand Operations, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Business Intelligence, and Finance leaders to improve financial performance and drive data-informed business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:

$180,000-$180,000 USD
