JOB SUMMARYThe Financial Analyst supports the company's financial planning efforts through forecasting, budgeting, operational reporting, and varied strategic analysis. The ideal candidate can expect to work closely with the Director of FP&A in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to achieve finance-led goals and initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core financial statement forecasts including, but not limited to, our income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecast cycles across departments; consolidate inputs and ensure alignment with company-wide financial targets.
- Prepare and distribute recurring financial, inventory supply chain and operational KPI reporting.
- Partner with inventory management stakeholders and contribute related inventory analysis.
- Help maintain our financial enterprise tool, Adaptive, and provide front-line support to end-users.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSSitting, lifting up to 10 lbs., repetitive motion with hands for typing, manual dexterity, visual acuity, driving.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 - 5 years of related experience
- Experienced in enterprise financial systems (Workday Adaptive preferred)
- Intermediate Excel knowledge. Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in an FP&A context a plus
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
