We are currently seeking a Financial Analysis Specialist Advisor to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
This role will support the existing work with our New York Department of Education contract with $90M AOP and the LA28 Olympics contract with AOP of approximately $50M. LA28 contract is currently supported by the NTT Ltd North America Tech Solutions team and includes a number of unique and complex activities working closely with the Client Executive, Client Managers and Delivery Teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery inputs required for invoicing and monthly reporting/close activities. Key activities are -:
- Month end close cycle and variance analysis
- Annual Planning, Quarterly bottoms up forecast cycle and analysis
- Weekly collaboration with PMO, DE and CE to gather backup evidence for monthly and quarterly invoicing to customer, including periodic discussion with the customer's procurement team
- Completing all invoice backup materials for monthly and quarterly invoicing and presenting to the customer's procurement team for approval
- Ensure all intercompany statements of work are completed to capture all costs from both legal entities (NTT Data Americas Inc to NTT Ltd North America)
- Accounts Receivable, balance sheet reconciliation, working with GBS team on Limited side for LA 28
- Off-cycle month end forecast activities
- SFDC support for pipeline, including model activities for deals with contract value below $3M
Along with the above routine activities, we are looking for a candidate with strong skills in analytics and change management. With the registration of the new NYCDOE IBOS contract, this candidate would be responsible for reviewing legacy processes to help implement automation/AI for more effective cost tracking as well as helping to review the prior Percent Completion revenue recognition process to determine more effective alternatives and checks & balances to ensure tighter financial controls. They will also work closely with the CE and Delivery to identify improvements in the process for better financial predictability.
Candidates should be strong in communication skills and able to drive discussions with all levels of leadership. Strong organizational and analytical skills a must with the ability to think outside the box on different ways and approaches to streamlining financial analytics and reporting.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $72,500 to $135,500 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
