We are looking for a Finance Transformation & Systems Analyst (Accounting & SAP Focus).

In this highly visible role, you'll partner with Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business leaders to help modernize accounting processes, advance digital transformation initiatives, and support the successful integration of newly acquired businesses across Siemens.

You'll make a difference by:
  • Driving M&A and systems integrations by helping onboard acquired businesses into Siemens' financial ecosystem, ensuring accurate data migration, process alignment, and compliance with Siemens standards.
  • Leading finance transformation initiatives through ERP implementations, process automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ensuring financial data integrity through system reconciliations, validation activities, and financial reporting controls.
  • Strengthening accounting processes and controls to support accurate financial reporting and efficient global close activities.
  • Developing impactful reporting and analytics using tools such as Power BI and Power Query to support data-driven decision making.
  • Partnering with accounting and revenue recognition leaders to integrate newly acquired businesses into Siemens' financial and operational processes.

Your success is grounded in:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting, finance, financial reporting, or finance transformation experience
  • Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Query, KNIME, or similar analytics and automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, technology, and business teams
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset

You'll stand out if you have:
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, ERP migrations, or finance transformation initiatives
  • Experience mapping business processes and improving financial workflows
  • Understanding of how accounting systems, data flows, and reporting platforms interact
  • Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, Tableau, or other workflow automation tools
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning solutions within finance or accounting processes

The pay range for this position is $54,835 - $114,811 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
