Functional Area: Finance

The Role

Provide direction and strategic planning of WEI Sales & Marketing functions through financial insights, analysis and guidance in achieving overall profitability. Serve as a strategic business partner to internal customers and stakeholders to ensure financial integrity of processes and performance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead reporting and analysis involving customer and product portfolios. Advise on margin enhancement opportunities.
  • Oversee customer price lists and calculate monthly/weekly adjusted pricing.
  • Manage monthly forecast process and develop annual budgets.
  • Manage month-end close process and interpretation of financial results.
  • Finance lead for NPD process including evaluation of financial risks & opportunities considering Company strategic objectives. Bid development for all customer brands.
  • Provide strategic insights, analysis and recommendations relating to current & future business performance & strategies.
  • Drive high-performance culture by providing guidance, direction and developmental leadership to direct reports.
  • Partner with IT to drive system enhancements and focus on continuous improvements that will impact overall business processes (i.e. bid process).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7 + years finance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Prefer experience within Sales and Marketing.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of financial processes; including modeling, control, analysis, reporting and budgeting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excel and Hyperion Essbase skills. Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilities: Collaborative abilities in building business partnerships. Attention to detail and accuracy, multi-tasking abilities and effectively manage priorities. Must be results-driven.

The base pay range for this position is $104,000 to $146,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
