Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead finance operations across our Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, and Fruitland markets. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to operational, clinical, and executive leaders, helping shape decisions that drive organizational performance, growth, and long-term financial sustainability.

As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage financial, operational, and market insights to influence strategy, guide investments, optimize resources, and support key business initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by partnering with senior leaders, driving financial stewardship, and helping shape the future of healthcare across the communities we serve.

What You Can Expect:

• Shape strategy and drive results by partnering with executive leaders to evaluate opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and influence decisions that impact growth, performance, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead high-impact financial planning and analysis, including business cases, capital investments, service line strategies, resource planning, and other key organizational initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and change leader, translating data into actionable insights while fostering financial accountability and operational excellence across the business.
• Influence enterprise-wide priorities through cross-functional leadership, helping align teams, resources, and financial strategies in support of organizational goals.
• Develop future finance leaders by coaching and mentoring Business Partners and Senior Business Partners while strengthening financial acumen across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
• Experience: Ten (10) years' relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Finance experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
• MBA preferred
