Description & RequirementsAs the RN Lead for the Acute Care Surgery Clinic, you will serve as the primary clinical leader for a complex, high-volume, multi-site practice. In this role, you will provide leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for a dedicated clinical team while ensuring exceptional patient care and seamless clinic operations across three locations.
The RN Lead will directly support a team of Registered Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, and Licensed Practical Nurses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, supporting, and developing a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure adherence to clinical, operational, and quality standards.
- Coaching and mentoring nursing and support staff to promote consistency, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Designing and implementing workflows that enhance productivity, improve patient access, and support quality patient outcomes.
- Coordinating clinic schedules and staffing coverage.
- Providing day-to-day operational leadership, troubleshooting challenges, and serving as a key clinical and operational resource for providers and staff.
- Supporting care coordination and staffing needs across multiple clinic sites, including rural community call coverage services.

Schedule: Four 9-hour days per week, 7:30a-5:00p with variable week day off. No weekends/holidays!
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 3 years' experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
