How You'll Make an Impact - Perform commissioning, installation, and testing of gas engine systems and related equipment at customer sites, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to maintain system reliability.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, developing strong relationships to secure future business and enhance satisfaction.
- Manage individual service projects and field processes with limited supervision, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and budget standards.
- Complete and submit detailed service reports and quality control documentation for all site activities in a timely manner.
What You Bring - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Significant experience (typically 5-8 years) in a field service engineering role, focusing on industrial engines, power generation, or compression systems.
- Proven ability to manage service projects and work independently on complex technical problems, consistent with a Senior Professional (P3) level.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and experience with commissioning processes.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and train customer personnel effectively.

The base salary range for this position if based in Colorado is $84,800 - $120,000 and the annual incentive target is 10% of base salary.
