Full Job Description
As the Manager, Field Service IPS Estimating and Scheduling, you will lead the estimating and scheduling team supporting field service outages across North America, ensuring accurate cost estimates, effective resource planning, and successful project execution. You will be responsible for developing team capabilities, standardizing processes and workflows, and driving continuous improvement across estimating and scheduling functions. Working closely with field operations, project management, engineering, and business leadership, you will provide strategic oversight, establish governance and best practices, analyze performance metrics, and deliver reporting that improves forecasting accuracy, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with experience in project controls, cost estimating, resource planning, stakeholder management, and process improvement within an industrial or energy services environment.
