Field Quality Engineer - Las Vegas

What You'll Do
  • Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in components, assemblies and processes.
  • Test, review, analyse and conduct root cause analysis on post-installation product failures and develop appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with the Field Service, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Configuration, Supplier Quality and Sales teams to address and improve Field Quality.
  • Provide quality expertise throughout the product lifecycle, including build inputs and installation at customer venues
  • Implement strategic quality improvement plans across multiple departments and monitor ongoing performance.
  • Conduct on-site field installation audits. Identify and report.
  • Support continuous improvement of product build and warranty repair recovery programs.
  • Develop end-of-life cycle standards and metrics for materials.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field and/or experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Business Processes.
  • Hands-on experience with quality systems, supplier / product auditing, and production quality engineering.
