Field Quality Engineer - Las Vegas
What You'll Do- Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in components, assemblies and processes.
- Test, review, analyse and conduct root cause analysis on post-installation product failures and develop appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with the Field Service, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Configuration, Supplier Quality and Sales teams to address and improve Field Quality.
- Provide quality expertise throughout the product lifecycle, including build inputs and installation at customer venues
- Implement strategic quality improvement plans across multiple departments and monitor ongoing performance.
- Conduct on-site field installation audits. Identify and report.
- Support continuous improvement of product build and warranty repair recovery programs.
- Develop end-of-life cycle standards and metrics for materials.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field and/or experience.
- 5+ years of related experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Business Processes.
- Hands-on experience with quality systems, supplier / product auditing, and production quality engineering.
- Knowledge and experience working with electronic systems related to power, lighting, audio, touch technology, visual displays and networking systems.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to review and sort complex data sets, identify trends and patterns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and other quality methodologies.
- Functional understanding of the gaming, development, manufacturing, and technology industries.
