Full Job Description
As a DevOps Lead, you will play a crucial role in our organization, driving the reliability, security, and efficiency of our software delivery platforms. This is your chance to join a team that thrives on tackling ambitious challenges and delivering world-class solutions!

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines across development, test, and production environments.
  • Take responsibility for infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes or equivalent platforms.
  • Establish and maintain observability practices, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
  • Partner with engineering and security teams to embed security controls, compliance checks, and vulnerability management into the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance by defining standards, runbooks, and operational guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, encouraging a culture of automation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead root cause analysis for production incidents and drive preventative actions to reduce recurrence.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and release managers to streamline deployments and reduce time to market.
  • Track and report operational metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and mean time to recovery.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar area.
  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading CI/CD, IaC, container platforms, and cloud-native delivery practices.
  • Solid practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Skilled in source control and automation platforms including Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, security fundamentals, and release management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, communication, and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and policy-as-code (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (preferred).
