About the roleRippling's channel ecosystem is a core revenue engine. We are hiring a
Field Marketing Manager to own a segment for field marketing end-to-end: strategy, budget, and hands-on execution.
You will set the vision for how we activate and nurture national and regional partners, reach their HR and finance clients and prospects, design repeatable playbooks, and personally run the programs that turn partners into advocates and advocates into revenue. You will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Corporate Events to ensure every dollar and every activation ties to measurable outcomes.
What you will do- Own segment events strategy and budget end-to-end. Build the annual and monthly events plan, manage the full portfolio, and reallocate spend based on ROI signals.
- Codify repeatable segment playbooks. Create sales activation frameworks and plays, regional toolkits, and QA checklists so programs are easy to replicate and scale with quality.
- Execute flagship programs. Plan and run high-impact events and always-on campaigns from brief to high ROI follow-up strategies to post-mortem, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, timelines and onsite excellence.
- Own campaign and CRM operations. Build, launch and maintain Salesforce and Outreach campaigns that attribute every touch to pipeline and revenue, with Sendoso acceleration where applicable.
- Measure, learn, and optimize. Define KPIs, stand up dashboards, publish retros, and use insights to shift budget towards top-performing formats.
- Cross-functional leadership without formal authority. Align Channel AEs, sales leadership, extended field marketing, demand gen, and marketing ops on priorities, calendars, and measurement. Remove blockers and keep events on track.
What you will need- 4-6 years in field, channel, or demand gen marketing, owning strategy, budget, and hands-on execution in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven ability to build and scale repeatable partner playbooks that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Financial and operational rigor, including vendor management and budget optimization
- Salesforce and ideally Outreach and Sendoso experience, with the ability to architect campaigns that drive revenue.
