Role Overview:The Genesys North America Integrated Marketing team is looking for a rock star marketer to own the regional marketing strategy for Canada. As the primary liaison between sales and marketing, the Sr. Field Marketing Manager will need to understand go-to-market (GTM) and sales priorities, apply a "CMO of the region" mindset, and build a full-funnel marketing plan to deliver on those priorities.
This role drives regional marketing execution across Canada, helping enterprise and mid-market organizations engage with Genesys solutions to improve customer experience outcomes. You will lead the delivery of integrated field marketing programs that generate pipeline, increase brand visibility, and support sales priorities.

Key Responsibilities:- Execute integrated regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth across enterprise, commercial, and mid-market segments
- Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with go-to-market priorities and account-level needs
- Deliver demand generation campaigns across digital, virtual, and in-person channels to increase engagement and conversion
- Support account-based marketing initiatives for priority accounts to improve pipeline progression and deal acceleration
- Identify and activate third-party programs and industry events to expand brand awareness and generate new leads
- Manage marketing programs within an allocated budget, ensuring effective use of resources and measurable return on investment
- Collaborate with partner marketing to support channel initiatives and co-marketing opportunities
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future programs and improve results
Required Qualifications:- 5-7 years of experience in field marketing within software or technology organizations
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams and aligning marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to execute integrated marketing programs that drive measurable results
- Strong understanding of demand generation, lead management, and B2B sales cycles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, partners, and marketing stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to support customer-facing programs and internal meetings such as sales QBRs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
