Fiabiliste - Maintenance

Se rapportant au Premier Directeur Maintenance, le fiabiliste est responsable d'améliorer la fiabilité, la disponibilité et la performance des équipements de production. Il agit comme propriétaire du processus d'analyse des défaillances majeures et des bris imprévus en identifiant les causes fondamentales, en coordonnant les équipes multidisciplinaires et en mettant en œuvre des actions correctives permanentes.

Son rôle est d'assurer que chaque défaillance importante devienne une opportunité d'amélioration durable afin de réduire la récurrence des pannes, d'augmenter la disponibilité des actifs et de diminuer les coûts de maintenance.

Responsabilités

Analyse des défaillances
  • Prendre en charge les bris majeurs, récurrents ou à fort impact sur la production.
  • Mener les enquêtes techniques afin d'identifier les causes fondamentales des défaillances.
  • Utiliser des méthodologies structurées d'analyse (RCA, 5 Pourquoi, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA, etc.).
  • Collecter et analyser les données provenant du système de maintenance, des automates, des opérateurs et des techniciens.
  • Produire un rapport complet documentant les constats, les causes et les recommandations.

Gestion des plans d'action
  • Élaborer un plan d'action complet à la suite de chaque analyse.
  • Identifier les actions correctives permanentes permettant d'éliminer la cause racine.

  • Recommander des modifications mécaniques, électriques, d'automatisation ou de procédé afin d'améliorer la fiabilité.
  • Participer à la révision des plans de maintenance préventive et prédictive.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue des équipements.

Gestion des fournisseurs
  • Travailler avec les fabricants d'équipements (OEM) lors des défaillances complexes.
  • Coordonner les analyses avec les fournisseurs spécialisés.
  • Effectuer le suivi des garanties lorsque requis.
  • Participer aux investigations nécessitant une expertise externe.
  • Challenger les fournisseurs afin d'obtenir des solutions permanentes plutôt que des réparations temporaires.

Gestion des connaissances
  • Documenter les causes de défaillance et les solutions mises en place.

Rémunération globale:

Reliability Engineer - Maintenance

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Maintenance, the Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of production equipment. They act as the owner of the process for analyzing major failures and unplanned breakdowns by identifying root causes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and implementing permanent corrective actions.

Their role is to ensure that every major failure becomes an opportunity for sustainable improvement in order to reduce the recurrence of outages, increase asset availability, and lower maintenance costs.

Responsibilities

Failure analysis
  • Handle major, recurring, or high-impact breakdowns that affect production.
  • Conduct technical investigations to identify the root causes of failures.
  • Use structured analysis methodologies (RCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA, etc.).
  • Collect and analyze data from the maintenance system, automated systems, operators, and technicians.

  • Participate in the review of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of equipment.


Supplier management
  • Work with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) on complex failures.
  • Coordinate analyses with specialized suppliers.
  • Manage warranty follow-up as needed.
  • Participate in investigations requiring external expertise.
  • Hold suppliers accountable to ensure permanent solutions rather than temporary repairs.


Knowledge management
  • Document the causes of failures and the solutions implemented.
  • Develop a technical knowledge base.
  • Standardize best practices for repairs.
  • Share lessons learned with maintenance and operations teams.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance standards.

Performance analysis
  • Monitor equipment reliability metrics.
