Full Job Description
The FedRAMP Program Manager role is ideally based in the Raleigh-Durham (RTP), North Carolina area, with consideration for remote candidates located within the Eastern Time Zone. The FedRAMP Program Manager will oversee initiatives supporting client security platforms and operational environments that enable applications to achieve and maintain FedRAMP Moderate compliance. An ideal candidate for the FedRAMP Program Manager role is a seasoned project and program management professional with a strong operational background, experience supporting regulated cloud environments, and expertise in security and compliance programs.

Responsibilities of the FedRAMP Program Manager:
• Lead cross-functional programs supporting the security stack and operational controls required for FedRAMP Moderate environments.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across engineering, security, compliance, and operations teams.
• Drive compliance readiness efforts and support continuous monitoring activities aligned with FedRAMP Moderate requirements.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure secure application deployment and operational excellence within regulated cloud environments.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to strengthen security, compliance, and service delivery outcomes.

Qualifications of the FedRAMP Program Manager:
• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience within technology organizations.
• Prior hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud operations, infrastructure operations, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of FedRAMP Moderate frameworks, security controls, compliance requirements, and operational governance.
• Experience managing complex technical programs involving cloud platforms, security tooling, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills.

Compensation for the FedRAMP Program Manager includes:
• Salary range: $125,000 - $155,000 depending on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave as required by law
