Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• 5-7 years of Project Management experience in the mechanical, electrical, and piping industries.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong sales process and skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to develop effective presentations and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make sales contacts and assess customer needs.
• Follow up with new and existing customers to drive sales.
• Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales and profit goals.
• Facilitate project troubleshooting and provide client advice.
• Manage project costs and procure necessary materials and permits.
