Who We're Looking For: - Previous F&I experience preferred but not required
- Experience with BMW a plus
- A proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do:- Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.
- Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.
- Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.
- Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.
- Participate in store meetings, interact with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Assist Sales Team with customer engagement and follow-up in the sales department during peak traffic times

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $92,154 to $283,868. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
