What You Will Do
As ourF&I Manager, you will:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through finance and protection options
Work with urgency and precision to structure, submit, and fund deals quickly and accurately
Present and sell protection packages with confidence and clarity
Build and maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best approvals for our customers
Collaborate with the sales team to keep deals moving seamlessly
Champion compliance and accuracy in all documentation and reporting
What We Are Looking For
Two or more years of dealership finance experience (sales management background is a plus)
Strong closing ability and proven track record of hitting goals
Positive attitude with the hunger to push business to new heights
Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment
Team oriented with leadership qualities
Valid driver’s license
