Full Job Description
Work Location Type: Onsite

The Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations helps shape the strategic vision and direction for Imperial Supplies while providing leadership across key commercial functions to drive operational excellence, financial performance and scalable growth. You will report to the President of Imperial, and be based at our Green Bay Wisconsin headquarters. This is an on-site role, requiring a candidate who resides in the Green Bay area or is open to relocation to Green Bay.

You Will
  • Provide functional leadership for Commercial Operations, including Procurement and Supply Chain, Pricing Management, Pricing Strategy, and Contracts and Compliance.
  • Own end-to-end margin performance by leading both COGS management and market-relevant pricing strategy, ensuring procurement cost structures, customer pricing, and contractual agreements are aligned to deliver sustainable profitability.
  • Lead enterprise risk mitigation efforts by identifying operational, legal, and reputational vulnerabilities, enabling proactive strategies to safeguard the company's interests and long-term performance.
  • Play a key role in leading strategic business planning both on behalf of Commercial Operations and the total enterprise.
  • Translate the strategic business plan into clear functional objectives through the annual budgeting process, aligning priorities, resources, and execution plans across all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a data-driven, accountable, and collaborative organizational culture that incentivizes cross-department synergy and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, guiding senior leaders, managing resources, and aligning functional priorities to meet or exceed P&L goals and key performance indicators.
  • Develop high-potential talent through intentional coaching, succession planning, and career progression frameworks that build well-rounded enterprise leaders.


You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required.
  • Master's Degree in the relevant industry, business administration, or business management preferred.
  • 12+ years corporate and leadership experience.
  • Experience leading complex business initiatives and teams to deliver measurable operational and financial results.
  • Knowledge of business operations and practices, with experience communicating and building effective relationships across functional stakeholders and leadership levels.
  • Experience leading complex work in high-pressure environments, managing competing priorities and deadlines, and coordinating stakeholders to resolve complex business challenges.
  • Experience applying sound judgment to critical business decisions and influencing leaders and teams to establish organizational focus and alignment in support of long-term business objectives.
