Minimum qualifications: - 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
- 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications: - Experience in executive recruiting (outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation).
- Experience maximizing teams as well as individual performance while being a collaborative team player.
- Ability to be accountable, have integrity and authenticity.
- Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.
- Demonstrated success delivering executive services, especially board placement.

As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent to help build, deliver, and drive Google's technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function within Google, utilizing various tools, resources, and sourcing methodologies to identify and engage talent, develop long-lasting relationships, and match candidates with aligned leadership opportunities. In this role, you will solve problems, manage projects and processes, and deliver outcomes. You will have the opportunity to learn, discover, solve business challenges, and build relationships.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities - Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various non-technical and technical functions (e.g., go-to-market, engineering, product management, etc.).
- Provide effective project management, managing searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants and colleagues.
- Partner with executive recruiters to provide domain and market insights, identify trends, and advise executives on talent for their critical business needs.
- Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
