Full Job Description
A Billion-Dollar Private Investment Firm is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. Candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years of applicable C-level executive business and personal administrative support experience, ideally working in private equity or financial services, and a Bachelor's degree is required. They should be incredibly polished and professional, confidential, proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing dynamic environment. This person will be expected to be available/on-call 24/7 and must have experience with private aviation coordination. This position is only for the best of the best, someone who has "been there, done that" and knows what this type of 24/7 C-level EA/PA role entails. The Executive is a little intense but very nice/fair and this is a great opportunity for someone at this stage of their career willing to put in the time & effort and be highly compensated as a result!
  • Salary depends on experience (200-300k base), plus discretionary bonus eligibility.
  • 100% company-paid benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, etc., 401k (no company match but eligible to enroll after 3 months of employment), 15 days paid time off for all full-time employees, additional sick days, etc.
  • Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm / 9:00am-6:00pm, with 24/7 on-call availability.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects and personal administrative support duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years of applicable C-level executive business and personal administrative support experience, ideally within private equity and/or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must have experience with private aviation.
  • Extremely polished and professional
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proactive, "two steps ahead" mentality.
  • Confidential; discreet.
  • Accustomed to working in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • 24/7 availability.
