Establish and maintain rigorous go‑to‑market, pipeline, and forecasting disciplines that enable transparency, predictability, and scalability across regions and products.
Sponsor and lead the firm’s most significant client relationships and complex, multi‑product opportunities, engaging directly with senior client executives.
Serve as a recognized industry subject matter expert for Global Investment Services, representing U.S. Bank at major client forums and industry events, and delivering thought leadership in partnership with Marketing and Product to advance brand position and commercial outcomes.
Provide executive oversight of Business Line Incentive Plans (BLIPs), partnering with Compensation, Finance, and Risk to ensure incentives are performance‑based, well‑governed, compliant, and aligned to enterprise compensation principles.
Create a single, accountable, client‑led coverage experience that integrates multiple product verticals while preserving deep product expertise so clients experience one U.S. Bank, one strategy, one commercial voice.
Provide executive leadership for C.O.R.E., establishing a unified client coverage strategy that integrates cross‑business collaboration, prioritizes resources, and advances sustainable revenue growth through coordinated execution.
Design, build, and lead a scalable, enterprise‑ready commercial organization focused on strategic leadership by establishing clear roles, decision rights, performance standards, and leadership accountability to drive disciplined execution and sustainable growth.
Own client centered operating model, and governance for Global Investment Services, ensuring the structure, workflows, and forums enable effective management control, clear escalation paths, consistent decision‑making, and alignment across regions, products, and enterprise partners.
Lead coordinated client coverage and growth initiatives across the enterprise and other U.S. Bank product lines, enabling cross‑sell, solution integration, and enterprise client strategies.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Marketing to ensure effective execution, strong client experience, and risk‑aligned growth.
